@geniuseatss: Spam Rice Bowl in 10 minutes - $5 meal idea Ingredients: * 200g of cooked rice or a bowl of rice * 170g of spam * 1 tbsp of Chili Oil ( I used The OG Lao Gan Ma) * 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce * 1 tbsp of Rice Wine Vinegar * 1 tbsp of Crushed Red Chilli Flakes  * 1/2 tbsp of Sesame Seeds  * Oil * 3 cloves of Garlic minced  * Green Onions * 1 Egg Steps: 1. Chop the garlic, spring onions and dice the spam into small piece 3. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet over low heat, add the spam and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. 4. In a bowl of rice, add the spam, spring onions and 1 raw egg. Then, add in remaining ingredients into the rice bowl. 5. Heat roughly 4-6 tbsp of oil 6.
