@chefthombateman: Definintely a dip - full recipe below 500g full fat yoghurt 250g cucumber 5 garlic cloves 4-5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp white or red wine vinegar Salt to taste Optional extras Handful of chopped dill Handful of chopped mint Black pepper 1. Remove the seeds from the cucumber, grated and squeeze out the juice (keep this for a drink) 2. Minced the garlic and mix with 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil 3.
