Agree - that's going to have a flat one note flavor. If you're going to DIY, add herbs, more acid, some salt, something sweet, and maybe spicy.

Add 1 clove of finely grated garlic 🧄, 1 tsp of fresh squeezed lemon 🍋 juice, and 1 Tbsp honey to that. Adjust to taste.
