I ran into my vehicle before hit truck touched mine told him you ain’t taking it he threatened to call police and the officer assisted repossession by telling me to step out I felt threatened to stepped out and my vehicle was repossessed. He also blocked my neighbors driveway preventing him to drive in during his attempt to reposes me

What if the repo man uses intimidation (ie parks in front of your house and waits for you to come home, bangs on door daily, and threatens involve police and also to take a vehicle not up for repo) and there’s ring camera evidence of some of those incidents. Is there a statute of limitations for suing?

I stood my ground for 2 1/2 hours the other night because the AG is investigating the loan because it was illegal, they sent a repo man and he pulled a pew pew and said he was going to pew through my head in front of my kid, I have it on camera. The police filed wanting endangerment on him themselves… I still have my car, now I’m going for damages.
