@idabergfoth: DAY 1 vs Day 18 of the challenge 🙌🏼 Lets go through how things are going! But first a recap, what are my main aims with this challenge: 🔸To allow myself not to look at my phone the first 30 min of the day 🔸To decrease those extra snacks as dessert after my main meals 🔸To follow my meal and workout plan 🔸Read a chapter from a book 🔸Through my new habits, get more mindful and through that be able to shed some body fat How am I coming along towards those new habits: 🔜 I am not at 30 min…not even at 10 min. But 1% better everyday is going to make the habit last so I feel hopefully. 🔛ON FIRE on this one, instead of having 4-5 rice cakes with nut butter per day I am down at 2 and all according to plan. 🔛I have only deviated slightly to try my clients exercises out but only added not changed my own plan! But meal plan is going as planned. 🔜 I have some nights read up to 3 chapters and other days non, but I am getting close to an every other day range so far. 🔛This is starting to happen. My body has absolutely started to lose some water retention and I am starting to feel tighter. Scale wise I am still fluctuating around 143-145 lbs. It depends on many factors, for example I have been lifting heavier than in a long while and been better at recovery/sleep so my muscle mass might be ticking up again at te same time as my body fat is going down. And that is why I really recommend my clients (and you) to not only have your scale as a progress-measurement, especially if you are trying to build muscle mass. CANT WAIT TO SEE what the next upcoming week has in store and I am beyond proud of my members that are sincerely kicking ass in this challenge. Mentally and physically.
