the machine to do these candies is close to 4k. and some items can take well over 24 hours to do.

From what I’ve figured. Dehydrated candy would go into a dehydrator. This is freeze dried candy, it goes in a very expensive freezer machine

People prefer crunchy candy more than chewy ones so freeze dried is a good substitute, personally I love chewy candy a lot more though
