@coach.bluee: How hard you should be training??? . You need to be pressing moderate to heavy weights every week. And you need to make sure that you are applying progressive overload. Every week you should be lifting a tiny bit heavier OR doing 1-3 more reps than the week before. How hard??? Harder than last time. Train with a mindset that no one will outwork you.
