I didn’t know I had sensory issues until I was on adhd meds cause I could never pinpoint what was setting me off cause my brain was always busy.

I was diagnosed via brain scan at 14 but I didn’t believe it for 20 years which was last year 😳

Same-ish for sensory issues. Everyone's always looking for -has to wear noise cancelling ear phones / ear plugs- and in like I can tolerate sound
