I love to fish and camp, I've got no issues panfrying and eating around bones. however, if I'm paying for cooked food, It better be de-boned😅

Understand about the bones. When I was a kid best catfish in all of Texas and Oklahoma restaurants had bones. Best tasting fish

Bone-in fish is a customer complaint. Magnet and redoing fish that expensive is a cost nightmare. Double jeopardy.
