i was told you have to take the binder so many hours apart from the paraguard drops and with food. ive had the paraguard for weeks now and just got my binder yesterday. i want to use today but i cant find the actual video where it said how far apart and how long after you eat can you take the binder. ive been dealing with parasites for 7 years so bad that i can feel dust mites on my body😭 my 3 year old is also suffering. PLEASE can you tell me how far apart should i take the binder after the paraguard
