I did and since my ranges were “normal” my doctor said there is nothing I can do and maybe just try harder to lose weight 🤷🏼♀️

I believe it. Now that I’m pre diabetic, the doctor gave me a goal weight of 65kgs. That’s what I weighed in my 20’s.

My weights all over the place I started to reach the 200’s in my early 20’s I already know I have insulin resistance I’m 28 not as big as I was at 25.
