I have a colostomy so luckily I rarely have to empty during the night. I mostly sleep on the opposite side of the ostomy.

I usually wake up early to empty mine between 4am and 6am then empty it again when I wake up for the day 🥰 I’m always a night snacker haha x

I use catheters and try not to drink anything after about 5 or I'm up in the night cath-ing. 🥰

I use to have part of my colon and now that I have no colon I use to empty a lot but now I feel like it’s slow and I get obstructions everyday

I slept on my r side with the pillow btwn my knees then decided to just go with the flow and not worry about it. As long as I don't sleep on my belly

I’ve been a belly sleeper since a baby & surprisingly still sleep on my belly w/ my ostomy & feeding tubes. I naturally turn onto my side as my bag fills thru the night without even waking up

I am beyond fortunate I think! Next to never do I get up during the night. Changing first thing in the morning is only necessary 75% of the time!!
