had this happen where the cop only had rear lights on... so I did not pull over. 10 cop cars and deputies involved for his 1 small mistake.

I did this once. it was very early and I didn't notice him behind me. for probably a minute or two. he asked if I just realized he was there and I said yeah. that was it.
