Grate Hack! But If I’m going to the effort of getting the food processor out I’m using the grating blade, then doing extra and freezing for next time.

The heat from the blade emulsified the oils on the cheese and wrecks it. Freezing wrecks it. If you’re gonna use a blender use the grater attachment

There is also a grater attachment on most food processors. Don’t even have to chop the cheese first.

Magi mix comes with a grating blade. I wouldn’t grate like this because this blade gets hot from that many rotations and will melt the cheese.
