Not really my thing :
I would opt for calf release of the plantar fasciitis. I did a steroid injection, did absolutely nothing. Been to 12 physical therapy sessions, hasn’t really done very much to help. Work on my feet two hours a day now and that still does not help. (1/2)

I watched this surgery in nursing school. It was cool but whoaaa when they start ripping through that tight tendon and then the foot is FLOPPY.

I had plantar fascia for a year and was on crutches for 11 months it slowly went away after a lot of PT and doctors appointments
