Dry socket is the worst pain I’ve ever had in my mouth. Worse than an abcess. Instant relief when my dentist packet it with some tobacco looking stuff

hard to really tell it looks like a chunk of tarter or a piece of a bad tooth but could be a lot of things a pill old food depends how long it was in
