Check her iron. We have parasomnias including night terrors in our family & low iron compounds the irregular sleep to bring them on.

Start waking earlier, 6am. Nap 1 at 9am, second nap at 3pm, bedtime routine from 6-7. It worked really well for us. My son did the same thing 🤦🏻‍♀️
