@amie_erica: For anyone, but especially the girls 💗 we are so often taught to people please. Tow the line, don’t act out, don’t raise your voice, don’t disagree. I’ve never really been that girl but there are times when I’ve been made to feel bad for being myself - a little too opinionated, a little selfish, a little too much. These days, if someone feels that way, the door is wide open. This has been on my mind lately and I’m proud of myself for choosing to care more about my peace and mental health than the needs of others who add little to no value to my life.
