preschool teacher, I did this every day at pick up. had at least 2-3 things good they did that day, especially if I had to say a negative. though sometimes it was he sat for circle time for 5 minuets today! 😂 parents loved it!

For every “negative” email I send I make sure I send 2 positive emails. It keeps ME sane! Forget the parents! Teachers need that positive balance
