Any all purpose flour is just fine. Don’t over think it. Simplest thing in the world. Equal parts flour egg and milk mix till batter like. Hotoiledpan

We used to do this first make the oil heat at 160c for 10 mins and pour the mixture on top of it and bake again and it did work nicely
