let’s chat seated hamstring curl machine✨⬇️ Not going to lie, this machine had me confused too at first😅 mainly because there’s SO many adjustments you need to make to suit it to your body… BUT GIRLS let me tell you… once you get it in the right position, it’s an amazing exercise for training the hammies. I’ve had this one in my program consistently for months now.  Here’s some helpful set-up tips:  ✨back pad positioned far enough forward that your back is pressed against it while doing your reps (short gals, you’ll need to push it all the way forward)  ✨bring the shin pad up so you’re able to get a full range of motion  ✨angle the shin pad up/down so it’s sitting just above your heels or around mid-shin height (play around and see where feels best for you)  ✨lower the thigh pad all the way down till it’s directly overtop of your hips (then lock it into place)  ✨grip onto the handles, curl toes up toward ceiling, and imagine like you’re trying to “close the gap” between your calves and your hamstrings as you curl the pad down & under  ✨ make sure to get that feel hammie squeeze at the bottom, and go slow & controlled on the way up to maximize control and effectiveness  SAVE & SHARE WITH A FRIEND IF THIS WAS HELPFUL . . . and DON'T FORGET!!
