when i call they never let me go back to drop off packages unless its past 11pm when the gps auto shuts off. so i always have to email support for added pay

I avoid taking packages back to the warehouse, a lot of time they will ding you for undelivered packages

Ours is hit or miss on extra pay. Our warehouse gets super behind and they deny extra pay even though you sat at the warehouse for 1-2 hours waiting
