I’ve been uploading 4K/60 for a year. The quality is fine. We’re on phones. It’s not going to make a big difference unless ur watching on a big screen

TikTok/Instagram still compress either way. In my case, when recording a native 1080p(FHD)/720p(HD), I export it from Capcut as a 2K video, which upscales with extra pixals, so when uploading to TikTok/Instagram, it won't touch the Native Quality of the video and only compress the extra pixals.
