I'm 35 and just had a check. I have 4 gaps for the yrs I was at university. It's asking for a voluntary contribution of over £800 for each Yr. 😳

Good piece. As a financial adviser I always advise this. No brainer. Most people who work will be fine. Biggest risk is to stay at home mothers

I retired at 59 and had 43 years of NI but I still have to pay NI to get a full pension. I still don’t know why even though I am paying it. I’m 64 now
