I imagine it’s like when you have to put shoes on a baby and they haven’t started helping you by pushing their foot in yet. Sooo hard and frustrating

Asking respectfully as a health science student- with paralysis in your feet how do you balance? Did you have lots of therapy to be able to walk comfortably?? I hope that’s not out of line to ask. Btw the shoes are fabulous!!

oh I have a tip! doc owners fill plastic bags with water and place them in the show and the in the freezer. it expands the shoe and makes them softer
