use eyeshadow and clean up (u can use liner after to make the bottom part sharper if that makes sense)

Smudge a pencil out, clean up edges, liquid eyeliner (I prefer a nice pen liner), clean up again if needed :)

i swear by this: do your eyeliner like normal and then take a brown or black color (tap off excess) and smudge the top line of your eyeliner w that

Try gel eyeliner!! Easy to make sharp but soft enough to smudge a bit after too
