My only comment: us with PCOS, can in fact keep weight in a deficit bc insulin resistance, so I have 2 take meds or I won't lose weight + avoid sugar

My issue is that a small deficit isn't doing anything. A bigger deficit leaves me starving. So in the end I can't lose weight.
