I usually stick the plastic bag they come in over the foot and it slides on easier, I must try this way too 😁

Also when you’re done do a little tug on the end where the toes are so they don’t put too much pressure on them!

Take the plastic bag they come in on the foot and they slide on even easier then all you have to do is pull the bag out of the toe
