if I told you that simply grounding your body back to the earth to possibly start to help you heal you would think I was crazy wouldn’t you? Well I thought the same thing when I first heard about grounding / earthing. But as I did research I figured out really quickly that when a body is consistently grounded you could help reduce the inflammation cycle which will then let the body rest and heal like it supposed to. Once you break the inflammation cycle the body can rest and heal itself. But it cannot heal as effectively when there is chronic inflammation. also causing your adrenals and cortisol to be overactive due to chronic inflammation. There’s a lot of scientific evidence, peer reviewed science, and studies that show grounding consistently can lead to life changing results in managing and healing disease. The best thing is everyone can do it for free. Grounding is simply getting your BARE feet on the ground outdoors. Or if you can’t go outdoors use a grounding mat or bed sheets that you can sleep on. Grounding is cumulative. The more you do the better off you’ll be. And the longer you do it the faster results you will see.
