We’ve used pods for several years now. We run ours atleast once a day. Sometimes twice. I’ve never seen this happen before

Once I reached in the still water in bottom with a ring on and it shocked me and burned my finger under ring.

ge. I had the same one. the plastics in it just disintegrated, even parts I replaced did it again. glad I got a new one
