My family always rolled gnocchis on forks. Gnocchi night always had one random plate with $ beneath it. Idk why we did that but it made it an EVENT!

Alfredo: equal parts heavy cream and parmesan cheese plus about 4 ounces of Cream cheese, salt and pepper and garlic to taste!

Next time try using a potato ricer! They are cheap and they make the gnocchi supper fluffy and smooth! 🥰
