@haileyoutside: Save this post for your next hike! A few extra tips: ❄️Don’t use cotton. I prefer using merino wool as a base layer and fleece for my mid layer. ❄️If your baby isn’t walking yet, look for a bunting with fold over hands and feet to help keep them extra warm. If it isn’t too cold, it can also let you skip the mittens and booties. ❄️ All of these layers are for when it is very cold. You may not need them all depending on the temperatures and how warm your baby runs. So be sure to check on them throughout your hike to make sure they’re not too cold or too hot. You can do this by feeling their chest and/or back. It should be warm, not hot and sweaty. Merino wool base layers by Iksplor. com. Use the code HaileyOutside!
