This is incorrect, penalty kicks require common sense, especially towards the end of matches. I would call this foul middle of the field, but not pk.

From where the ref is standing in the center circle, this looks like shoulder to shoulder, the video looks like shoulder to back. Gotta run guys!

I think is a light contact, but it was on the attacker’s back, therefore foul. I’d support a pk, but wouldn’t make a big deal if not called.
