if you salt it as well and wait like 15 minutes, it draws out the excess moisture in the squash. pat dry and It taste more like noodles when done!

Cover the inside with salt to draw out the moisture! Then wipe off the excess before baking, game changer!

PLEASE READ. Cut in half on short side, oil, face down at 400 for 35 THIRTY FIVE min. Strands come out long and perfectly al dente. Try it!
