Walmart does have a strict social media policy for THIER employees. Our third party phone sales associates get paid commission and they are allowed to basically be on their phones/social media to promote business. You do not work for Walmart, they can't get you on anything.

Walmart probably thinks this looks bad on them, a woman in her 80s still has to work full time at Walmart to pay off her house. However, what looks bad is the fact they literally wanted you to take money that random people donated away from this woman so she’d still have to work.
