Are you living a life you can look back when you’re older or sick and say “wow what a ride this has been”!? I’ve had a lot of bad news recently from family friends and family members that make me reconsider these things and realize that there really isn’t any time to waste. We are never promised the time we think we have and it’s so important to be grateful, especially for health (mental, physical) because without it all the rest falls apart. Ask for help, go to therapy, go see a doctor, don’t wait because the world needs you, your family needs you and your friends need you.
