I don’t like it, FA’s can force your window dark or clear during mid flight. No control for you.

Not keen. Flown on several times…it doesn’t get as dark as aircraft with blinds. Always need the blindfold to sleep on 787

The point of it is not to completely replace shades but just to dim the light so you can have an in between, (so you can see out of them, but it’s not so bright or annoying to others)
