@sooziethefoodie: I found the biggest lobster claw I’ve ever seen in my life and I couldn’t wait to show you all 😍 I really love the texture of lobster when it’s taken out of the shell to cook and I was determined to try it with this claw meat 🤣 When I tell you all it was a challenge but 1,000% worth it. If you have been following me for awhile you already know my obsession with claw meat 🥹 I did a simple cook on this with butter and garlic- the meat didn’t hold shape but it absorbed the flavor of the butter and garlic & had the most perfect succulent texture 🤤 I feel like a lot of the time lobster claws are stringy and grainy but this was juicy and really soft 🦞 Due to the fact that these didn’t turn out super beautiful at first glance (one of those trust the process moments) I sliced it up and served it over a shiso leaf with more of the garlicky lobster butter and yuzu salt 🧂 #TikTokTaughtMe #GenshinImpact32 #lobster
