Every cat is different. My cats have been free fed their whole life and are healthy and happy. It’s what works per cat.

This is why I was saying it was RARE that free feeding worked with my cat who self regulated and did portion his tiny meals himself throughout the day

Yea I will always free-feed my cats when I don’t she eats a lot at once and then throws up! Free feeding is what my Vet recommended and it works!!
