I suggest getting the size number discs & set up your rod like they do in the stores. Do the same with shelves with bins

my weight fluctuates also (sooo many sizes). I tend to pack away the ones that aren't current size in tubs until I'm in that size again

My body can’t stay the same size either! I go from a 4 to a 10 to an 8 to a 10 to a 6 to a 4 to a 12. It’s crazy. I keep all the clothes now too. I started making bins for specific sizes.
