I think it’s Raymond the entire time. He shows up all these black listers, doctors who alter dna, people that deal with swapping identities, face doctors, bone doctors… etc

rem the Doctor koelher, he was the one who changed face of katarina so she could dissappear and protect her daughter without anyone knowing she was katarina..changed herself to become red imposter. The DNAs.....In Season 5, Liz secretly gets a DNA sample from Raymond Reddington and compares it to remains from the real Raymond Reddington’s body (from the bag of bones). Result: The DNA proved that the man we know as “Reddington” is NOT the real Raymond Reddington because the real one was dead. Later in season8 another DNA comparison was revealed — And it matched with Liz's. first one was red campared to Bones remains alleged to be real red and 2nd one was Red's vs Liz. This causes confusion because: if the real Reddington is dead, how can this imposter also be Liz’s father? Yes, that conclude us the DNA matched not because “Red” is the real Reddington, but because Red’s DNA comes from Liz’s mother, Katarina Rostova — meaning the DNA match fits a parent, but not the expected male parent...He was katarina rostova changed to a Male appearance...

I think raymond is the real katharina.. okay! hear me out, there is a scene when Agnes says “you sound like a mother” and he says some in the lines of “So I heard”.. second; the katharina was played by another spy, not the real katharina herself. The bones are reddingtons (the real one) & the real katharina went to the surgeon and took his Identity.. that explains also why he cared so much about Katharinas father.. 🤯
