I sadly can't do that because I'm in a clinic I have to stay for 8 hours a day but I take breaks for some times when I can wear big hoddies.

Sometimes I cannot take it off after 8 hours so I have this rule, if I wear my binder more then 8 hours then I cannot wear it the next day (to give my body the rest it needs)
