Make sure the tree does not have a preservation order before you cut back, you will need to apply to your local council 👍

One can't always do that, because some trees have Tree Preservation Orders on them.

I have this problem, I have to cut down, offer then dispose 🤦♀️even a tree no one accepts responsibility. I have enough to do without their trees

That’s crazy in Australia🇦🇺 any foliage falling off trees from the next-door You are allowed to send back & cut their limbs & send back😉

Ask your neighbors first before you cut the branches off, at least tell them what you intend to do
