you need to be emptying completely when he isn't nursing to signal to make more. when you give him a bottle to supplement you need to start pumping

I feel you. Right now I’m supplementing almost after every nursing session and it’s so upsetting to me. I just keep working on it and telling myself that fed is best. (Tongue tie release tomorrow - hope it helps!)

Use a wall pump to empty you more efficiently so your body will know to make more milk. Trust me I’ve been there now I have to buy another freezer

We had to switch to formula from my under supply!! I could only ever get like 5-7 oz combined in the morning if I pumped. Good for you to keep going💕
