As a CM, we don’t give out many lightning lanes. It’s all DAS that backs up. Our ride which is VERY popular is never longer than 15 minutes for LL

Too many people are using DAS who don’t NEED to. No one WANTS to wait in standby, but many people CANT. That’s who DAS should be reserved for.

THIIIIS. My partner uses DAS for their physical disability and SO many times the G+ lines have messed up our wait times, and made it more difficult

My friend told me a story where she & her family waited 40 minutes virtually, and another 30 in the lightening lane line. That makes no sense.

Also a lot of the lightning lanes have no shade! So those who can’t be in the sun for extended periods are put at risk.

as someone who has worked attractions and uses DAS, i’ve never seen the LN get to 30-40 minutes UNLESS the ride is not currently loading

not sure where exactly they’d make new lines. Unfortunately most of the “single rider/FP” lines were made when the rides were built….

There isn’t a way to create a separate line, sadly. Most rides aren’t built to handle a line from the exit

I have to say the absolute worst ride with DAS is Guardians . 3 rooms, and then the mad dash people make out of the 3rd room to this little narrow..

Not only the lightening lane issue, but just in the past year the CM’s are so snotty about giving out the DAS pass. It’s borderline embarrassing.

Because the wait times in LL are so long now, they are refusing DAS to people with physical disabilities and forcing them to rent wheelchairs and such

DAS has shared the line with FP for years with no problem. LL guests are equal in number to FP, the difference is, forcing guests to pay has forced -

Agreed. My son requires the DAS and depending the line/ride/time of day- we sometimes can’t even do certain rides even with the das system.
