Have the first one when waking up, then wait 30mins have breakfast and take the other one. Then at lunch have the second and eat after.

Is the 4 times a day one flucoxacilin? If so, it’s not a big deal if you take with or without food, it’s still effective. But try to take without. 🥰

Lots of kids take it for infected eczema and often parents are told it’s okay if they have with food. Sorry these messages will be backwards lol

7.30, 12, 4 and 8.30 are the times I did when I was on this medication (or similar medication) was such a pain but finally got the hang of it by day 5

Relatable! I had to take 1 antibiotic on empty stomach 4x a day & I can tell u I starved & had a timer going constantly 😅
