it happened to me during my pregnancy with my nov ‘21 baby! it was a gallbladder attack. everything you described for 12+ hours + non-stop vomiting.

This pregnancy I’ve had really bad stinging pain in my chest. Every single time I throw up stomach acid & the pain usually goes away in a hour or two

i had the same issues with heartburn. along with acid reflux. not to the point of your extent. i would definitely ask for test. that’s very scary
