@beccineumann: CHICKPEA BROWNIES 🤍 This is such a great healthier sweet treat alternative if you have a sweet tooth like me 🙃 I promise, this is delicious and you won’t taste the chickpeas at all! It’s just a great way to add more nutrients, fiber and protein. INGREDIENTS ✨3 cups chickpeas (~2 x 15.5 oz cans, rinsed + drained) ✨1 cup tahini, unsweetened ✨1 tbsp vanilla extract ✨1 tsp baking soda ✨2/3 cup maple syrup ✨4 tbsp cacao powder, unsweetened ✨pinch of salt ✨topping: handful of dark chocolate chips HOW TO MAKE 1. Preheat the often to 350F. 2. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until well combined and the chickpeas are fully processed. You might need to stop the blender to push down the mixture or use a tamper. 3. Spread mixture into an oven safe + greased dish.
