dust your beef in seasoned flour to make roux while the meats browns. There's the gravy

Making this and how come I didn’t realize once everything is browned and in the pan it cooks for another 50 mins 😭 it’s already 5:55 and we hungry! But man this already looks so good!!! 🥰
