1/ pool person here- a pool can and will pop like NO MATTER where you live if you have a high water table and the pool is empty. I have seen pools

Licensed insurance agent here 👋🏼. Flood insurance is regulated heavily by government b/c of the amount of loss that has to be covered during a flood

I’m a Florida insurance agent and you got sold a bad policy. Only thing not covered would be the sea wall and dock. You need a new agent.
